  Each time I enter this clinic,I am welcomed by friendly staff and feel very supported by them.Special thanks to Monica for being so friendly and even remembering the chats we had on the other session.She truly puts time to listen to your concerns and explains everything with passion.She is absolutely so professional and always gives me advice on how to care for my teeth.She is so knowledgeable and I highly recommend her to anyone who wants the greatest experience ever.
  Also huge thank you to all the other staff who are working hard to make it a special clinic.

  Rachel was absolutely amazing with me last Saturday, took the time to explain everything, give me advice and done an amazing teeth cleaning! Also at the front desk person (sorry I forgot to ask her name) was so helpful and polite

  Dr. Michael Yuan is the absolute best dentist I have ever had. He keeps you appraised of what is happening with the treatment and I have every confidence in his ability. Never felt so comfortable about going to the dentist. Well done Michael!

  The best experience I've had at the dentist. Dr Ciacciarelli was very respectful of my particular situation. I did not feel judged about my dental hygiene, i actually felt understood and supported.
  Will 100% be back, and will recommend others with dental-anxiety issues to see him!!

  This is my regular clinic, I required an urgent appointment for a broken tooth. The staff on the phone were excellent, they clearly had access to and understood the escalation plan and I was seen in less that 24 hours. The dentist and dental nurse were kind and professional, the care was appreciated.appointment on Saturday 20/5/23 at 1150
