After advising a hairdresser the condition of my hair as fragile, I was reassured bleaching would be fine as I needed my roots done, ended up with my entire hair bleached and then dyed a very dark brown over my blonde hair which I wanted to remain blonde. I Washed my hair the next day to discover my hair had been so damaged it was all snapping off, their solution was to cut it off and apply useless treatments, even the cut was so bad I had to go to another hairdresser to correct it and cut out more fried chunks of hair.
No refund given and wouldn't even admit the damage was their fault.
