  Can't rate Melissa highly enough.
  We decided to refinance our existing home in 2013 and then use the equity to purchase a block of land and build a new house.
  Melissa helped us with all the paperwork and liaised with the bank on our behalf.
  She saved us so much time and effort. ANZ stuffed up some of the paper work couple of times and having Melissa as a single point of contact was priceless.
  She was always available on the phone or email and followed up every single question we had.
  Really can't say enough about her attention to details, regular updates and support. I cannot fault our experience and have no hesitation to recommend Melissa to anyone.
