    I recently had an incident at this store when I returned items for credit to my credit card
    I had previously purchased the items using the company Power Pass card so I could get the discount.
    When I went to the Trade counter the sales person accidentally credited the company account.The sale person was unable to reverse the credit because the goods had been returned on the system and I had lost my $100 credit.
    The sales staff were very helpful but were unable to fix the mistake, but they never gave up,they tried various things without success. They finally contacted their sales supervisor who was also very helpful and he was able to contacted the Power Pass help desk and they instructed him on the correct procedure and the mistake was rectified
