  I went today at 1.30pm to the store with my wife, we were looking for a nice winter jacket and didn't really care on the prices. The shop had some very good jackets, I asked a blonde girl on a specific size and she said that she will have a look at the back if there were any. After 15min, she walked past me several time and totally ignored me. She was even laughing with her colleague at the counter. Not impress with this type or behaviour and attitude. If you are looking to go to a store to buy expensive jackets and the staff are totally useless, I definitely recommend going there. We ended up buying one at Myers and the staff there were friendly and awesome to deal with. That's why Myers have a lot of customers going back there, the staff there are amazing. They may need some training on customers service, as if you can't do this type job properly maybe you should self reflect on yourself and look for another job.

  Staff are willing to go above and beyond to help you find what you need and are very genuine in their conversations. Great variety of clothes and good quality. Price is expensive but worth it. Often have good sale promotions come up.

  The girls in Forever New TTP were outstanding in helping me find an outfit for my 18th. They gave me so many options and let me choose for myself instead of choosing for me. Very very nice girls, and would recommend to anyone!

  Forever new sells a great variety of clothing at a fair price. I do like their quality and range. I went into the rundle mall store and told staff that I shopped their items on line but wanted some help.
  The staff seemed very unimpressed and maybe even threatened by online shoppers.
  They did not help me and gave me no assistance, time or attention.
  In the future I will shop their rand only at Myers.
  The staff at Myers are helpful, polite, professional and engaging.
