  Amanda and Grace were absolutely fantastic.
  I ordered a bag that was meant to be placed on hold at Modbury.
  I got their and it wasn't their.
  These two staff went above and beyond and Amanda had a friend pick it up and brought to the modbury store in about 40 mins.
  
  This is absolutely amazing customer service.
  
  Highly recommended these two staff.
  ***Management these two staff need a recognition for going above and beyond to help customers...

  The manager at Strandbags TEA TREE PLAZA is amazing. She will work hard to make sure you are happy and get the right items. TTP is a great store and I wouldn't shop anywhere else. Strandbags provides excellent value when they have sales. Love this store

  Went in for a cheap reasonable bag to use for a nappy bag.... Told the sales person this..... We're looking at a bag $35. And of course the sales person finds the most expensive bag ever... Yes it was a nappy bag.... But wt....... So I put the sale through the other girl..... Cheapish means cheapish...... Not happy....

  This store stocks a large variety of styles and often has great sales for luggage items.
  The service from staff however is a disappointment, they are not so helpful or friendly. It’s too much to ask for assistance here so I won’t bother coming back here.
